Kegel exercises strengthen the pelvic floor muscles, which support your uterus, bladder, small intestine and rectum. These muscles are like a hammock that hold in your pelvic organs.
Some of the benefits of kegel exercise :
stronger pelvic muscles
Reduced urinary incontinence and “leaking urine”
Increased pleasure with sexual activity
